The scattered sheets of snow-clad mountains such as Jogin group (6455m), Barte Kauter (6579m), Mount Meru, and Kirti Sambhav (6902m) and crystal clean lakes like Masar Tal and Sahasra Tal enwrap this place for offering a perfect solace to the trekkers.
Trek to this glacier passes by enthralling meadows covered with thick forests and lush green grasslands which turn into treacherous surface engulfed in scree moraine upon ascending. The trekking trajectory to this glacier begins from Rishikesh and entails various treks passing through Sillachhan, Kush Kalyani, Kyarki Khal, Pari Tal, Sahasratal, Kharsoli, and Tambakund.
